Even the different ways in which we film our videos showcases our personalities. I wish I could record my question in one take and get it to turn out like that. :P
I like the point you made about needing to be both physically and spiritually free. I think that those two can be related at times, being controlled by alcohol or food leading to the sin of drunkenness or gluttony, respectively.
physical freedom: free from control . . . yeah, that makes sense.
But spiritual freedom . . . "when we sin . . . we have forsaken the freedom that we have been given." Ah! Yes!
What about being slaves and bondservants of Christ? . . .you are either a slave to sin, or a slave to Christ . . . but perhaps that's just drawing an analogy too far. I think you're spot on about Freedom in a sense really doing what you were made to do. Oh! You can draw a parallel between physical and spiritual freedom here: "man wasn't meant to be in a cage" seems like a common enough cliche, well . . . man wasn't meant to be enslaved by sin, and being set free from sin is really just being what you were meant to be.
This reminds me of Sigh No More: "love that will not betray you, dismay or enslave you, it will set you free, be more like the man you were made to be")
"Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free."
It's kind of a cheesy illustration, but my pastor says that freedom is like a train on the tracks. Boundaries that enable the train to do what it was made to do.
