No. You are not the only one. I have also been thinking about this. It gets to the point sometimes where it's almost like a routine. "God, I messed up again, and it's horrible, and I'm so sorry, but I know you forgive me, and so, um, I'm going to try not to mess up next time... thanks, God." **Sigh**
Obviously, it has everything to do with my limited (even for a human) perception of God. Also, I think that if my relationship with him were deeper, then my understanding of his grace would be fuller. I'm not going to stop messing up, though I will try to slow the flow of mistakes as much as humanly possible. Because of this, I ought to learn how to deal with this, how to trust God even when his responses to my sin feel uncaring and machine-like.
But no, you are certainly not the only one. And hooray, you answered my question about whether I was. :)
