I completely understand this and I can relate=) 2 thoughts on the video:
1. Lets face it-- True: Everyone on this channel is amazing. Conclusion: Wednesday is amazing. True: Everyone who has been a guest on this channel has been amazing. Therefore: Dogday is amazing. True: Amazing people on this channel make the videos amazing. Reasonable outcome: This video was amazing. You do the [very, very confusing] math. =)
2. On a more serious note. I think there is a way to miss your friend while still enjoying the part of your life that you're in now. I don't think it's right to extrovert your dread because it both ruins the moment for the people you are with and yourself. I have been thinking about a way out of it. Here is my reasoning: just because your friend is away there are ways to keep in touch [thank goodness, I love you technology!]. Isn't the test of a good friendship to see if it can withstand trials. An example of this would be David and Jonathan in the Old Testament [considered to be one of the greatest friendships of all time]. Another example would be, in context, making the effort to still remain close friends with someone even though they aren't with you in the moment. Just my thoughts [which are not very well condensed;)]
Still struggling with this and wondering,
The Girl with Questions and not a whole lot of Answers!
A Year Of Questions is a project begun on March 22, 2010, by seven teens who want to be better at asking questions and articulating answers. This blog exists to make it easier to discuss these questions (because a 500 character limit on YouTube comments is rather limiting). Enjoy!
